Meditative art designed to help “quiet” your mind.
Even if you don’t think you can draw, you can create beautiful art with only a piece of paper, a pencil and a pen.
Drawing simple squiggles, circles and spirals, and focusing on your drawing, Zentangles can put you into a peaceful moment.
