Event Description
When it comes to making decisions around maternity care it can quickly become overwhelming. ‘Pregnancy Choices’ is a free 90 minute workshop to support you in navigating the options available to you, so that you can be autonomous and empowered entering the transition to parenthood. We discuss models of care, resources, support team, birth environment and provide an introduction to the hormones of labour and how they are affected by the decisions we make.
This workshop welcomes all bodies, families and experiences.
