Are you finding it difficult to find information about aged care services and how to set them up?

There are aged care services and other supports available to older people, but sometimes it can be difficult to know how to access them. Care finder services can provide extra, intensive support to access help vulnerable people to learn about, apply for and set up aged care services and other supports in the community.

The care finder program is a free service. It exists to support vulnerable people – who have no one else to support them – to learn about, apply for and set up support services.

You’re invited to a free information session, to learn about:

How to register for aged care services
The assessment process for aged care services
The different types of funding available to support you to remain living at home
The care finder program – who can access this and what support is available
