Event Description
Join us at Hampton Park Library with presenter Emma Grace.
Using vintage & recycled fabrics, participants will make gorgeous handsewn eye masks. We’ll cover various hand-sewing techniques & styles while exploring how sewing things by hand can be used as a mindfulness technique to slow down busy minds.
