The Link Worker Program assists Casey’s community to build on their independence, knowledge and wellbeing by creating connections to activities and services they need to live well. The program can help find information on (but is not limited to):

connecting with aged, disability & carer services
navigating the aged care system
local services, activities and social events
employment and volunteering opportunities
linking in with essential services and support
finding financial counselling and debt management agencies
accessing crisis support agencies
elder abuse or family violence support organisations
advocacy agencies
accessing practical assistance to complete forms
learning new skills or joining an exercise or wellbeing group
