An information session on how older people experiencing housing stress can access long-term, affordable housing. This session covers current housing trends, risk factors for homelessness, how older women are adversely affected, and how HAAG’s (Housing for the Aged Action Group) services can provide support.
The session is suitable for older people, particularly women (50+) on a government pension or low income, who are in private rental or under financial stress with mortgage payments. We can also provide tailored sessions for culturally and linguistically diverse groups, with an interpreter if needed.
