The health benefits of fermented food and drinks, and how to make your own at home.
Shona Ferrier, acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner has seen the health benefits achieved by patients who include fermented foods and drinks in their diets. Her clinic is based in The Good Life Cockatoo, where she sees patients and runs workshops.
Fermented food and drinks are cheap and easy to make at home, there are far more beneficial bacteria than the majority of commercially available Kefir and Kombucha.
The talk will cover the health benefits of fermented food and drinks and how to make them at home.
