Little Planeteers Environmental Club - Wind Racers

Meeting each month, Little Planeteers Environmental Club is a fun way for kids to learn about big environmental issues and how they can make a difference to the planet. Each month we look at a different environmental challenge through fun hands on activities with a focus on ways kids can reduce, reuse and recycle at home and in their daily lives.

Join us in July for a Wind Car Race! Use recycled materials to build a wind powered sail car and race it. How far and how fast will your car go? Find out about how we can use wind power to generate electricity.

Activities are suited to children 6-10 years,
(younger children may enjoy participating with help from a parent or carer.)
