Come along to the Hampton Park library and enjoy a break from screens, meet other people and relax your mind, body and soul with these free meditation sessions.
Join Gargi who will introduce you to the meditiative practice of Sahaja Yoga.
This meditation practice can be done in a sitting position on a chair, please bring along a mat if you would prefer to sit on the floor.
