Join Cardinia Shire Council and Open Table to learn how to reduce your food waste and save money on groceries. We will have a live demonstration cooking Veggie Scrap Fritters, with lots of delicious ideas to use leftover food and a taste test. Participants will be provided with the recipe to take home to continue their zero food waste journey.

One lucky participant will win a zero waste cooking door prize on the day.
