Meet local author Marlene Laporte as we read her book Heather Treasures Feathers at a very special storytime. Songs, stories and rhymes for little ones to enjoy and a feather craft to take home at the end.
When Heather goes to visit the chickens in the barn, she falls in love collecting their feathers rather than their eggs! What will her mother say when she returns home? A story of the joys of collecting and admiring nature.
Suitable for children ages 2-5 years.
