Event Description

Join yoga instructor Sam Gandhi and be guided through a series of basic asanas aimed at increasing strength and flexibility while also promoting health, harmony and well-being.

This session is suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis. Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. A limited number of yoga mats will be provided for attendees who don't have their own.
